METHOD FOR EVALUATING PROINFLAMMATORY ACTIVITY OF SYNOVIA AT DISEASES OF LARGE ARTICULATIONS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2229717 C1

FIELD: medicine, rheumatology, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out chemiluminescence trial of synovia, moreover, it is necessary to detect the content of protein, then cuvette should be supplemented with intact neutrophils of healthy donors obtained out of leukoconcentrate to calculate their quantity and parallel another cuvette should be supplemented with intact neutrophils of donors (Nph) and patient's synovia to register chemiluminescence response of test system cells by the following formula : , where 1s - amount of impulses of chemiluminescence response of neutrophils at adding tested synovia, 1nos - amount of impulses at no tested synovia, N - the number of neutrophil donors, P - the content of protein (g/l) in synovia and at Ichl being 0.7-1.5 imp/Nph/g protein one should diagnose moderate degree of proinflammatory activity of synovia and at its value above 1.5 - severe inflammatory process in articulation. EFFECT: higher efficiency of evaluation. 1 dwg, 3 ex
