FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should tightly suture the defect of soft tissues with a monoligature made of biocompatible suturing material - as a thread made of superelastic titanium nickelide of 0.08-0.1 mm thickness. One should perform submucous defect suturing with uninterrupted blanket suture. Moreover, the ratio of stitch's pace to its diameter is chosen within 0.4-0.6. The method enables to decrease the number of complications due to hermetic nature for closing pharyngeal and pharyngo-esophageal defect. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg, 2 ex
