FIELD: medicine, pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with sanitation in frequently sick children with respiratory diseases carried out at curative-prophylactic establishments. It includes the impact of directed dosed flow of light negative aeroions moving from generator of aeroions towards an electrode fixed at child's body so that its metal plate to be in contact with patient's skin. Dosage - from 1013 aeroions/procedure at gradual increase of such dose up to 3•1013-6•1013 procedure, at therapy course being 10-15 procedures. In children aged 3-5 it is necessary to increase the dose up to 3•1013-4•1013 aeroions/procedure, I children aged 5-7 - up to 5•1013-6•1013 aeroions. The method enables to increase body resistance to unfavorable impacts, decrease sickness rate for acute respiratory viral infections, shorten recovery terms due to dosed ionic loading obtained by a child. EFFECT: higher efficiency of sanitation. 1 cl, 2 ex
