The rat is placed in a cage with an ionization source installed in a metal grid-lid from a generator of negatively charged aeroions. General aeroionotherapy is carried out, while the duration of the procedure is 60 minutes with a concentration of 10 thousand aeroions in 1 cm3 daily for 30 days.

EFFECT: method increases the effectiveness of the treatment of mechanical jaundice, does not require the use of an electrode for skin contact, the use of drugs absorbed in the form of cations.
