FIELD: fire fighting equipment, particularly for fire protecting pipelines with expansible fittings, for local fire extinguishing in industrial and civil objects with high fire risk, for preventing against fire penetration, for increasing fire-resistance of oil pipelines and components thereof. SUBSTANCE: fire protective covering screen (four variants) has flexible outer fire-proof layers and intermediate heat resistant layers formed of fiber materials with density increasing in fire affect direction. Screen ends are overlapped. Outer layers may be impregnate with heat-reflective composition or swelling fire-resistant composition. Covering screen has dome-shaped patch which conceals pipeline fittings extended through covering opening. Covering screen and patch are secured by coupling bands and ropes.
