FIELD: toxic materials technology. SUBSTANCE: method comprises hydrolysis to form hydrolyzate, which is treated with calcium hydroxide and then with 30-50% ferrous or ferric sulfate solution. Thus treated hydrolyzate is calcined at 300-350o for 1.5-2 h until destruction of covalent carbon-phosphorus bonds is completed so forming harmless water-insoluble precipitate containing no compounds with covalent carbon-phosphorus bonds.
