FIELD: production of two-layer structural articles of increased strength for biological protection against neutron emissions in different fields of industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of production of two-layer assembly, that may be used at production of structural items of increased strength for biological protection against neutron emissions in different branches of industry. The two-layer assembly consists of an inner layer of boron plastic and an outer layer of graphite-bearing polypropylene. The method is realized by pumping a graphite-bearing polypropylene under pressure on an inner layer in a thermoplast automatic device, in which in the capacity of a boron-bearing compound boron oxide at the following ratio (in mass %): boron oxide - 18-25; polypropylene - the rest. The offered method allows to increase the structural strength of the assemblies used in the items of critical application.
