Composition contains novolak type phenol-formaldehyde resin in an amount of 20–28 wt%, hexamethylenetetramine in an amount of 1.8–2.8 wt%, and boron carbide is the remainder.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the labor input of the composition and improving its quality.
