FIELD: mechanical engineering; material handling facilities; conveyors. SUBSTANCE: proposed conveyor contains belt, brackets with twin running rolls connected to belt edges, tubular guides for running rolls, conveyor posts connected with tubular guides, conveyor post-to-tubular guide attachment unit being made in form of rectangular cross section bracket placed in slot of tubular guide, and tubular guides made up of butt-joined pipes longitudinally fixed by cylindrical slider with rod placed inside pipes in place of butt joining. Slider move inside pipes, and its rod can move along longitudinal slots on ends adjacent pipes. Post brackets are freely fitted in two diametrically opposite tubular guides. Free end of bracket projecting from tubular guide is provided with longitudinal stepped wedge cutout for engagement of projecting end of bracket with lock device in form of stepped wedge secured between two parallel plates enclosing projecting end of bucket in height for travel along bracket. Width of base of lock stepped wedge is taken equal to width of wedge cutout in bracket at its edge. Bracket is provided with clamp from side of conveyor post for thrusting against tubular guide. Length of projecting part of bracket from side opposite to tubular guide is taken larger than length of lock device for arrangement between lock device and tubular guide of wedge catch orientated square to plane of bracket and passing through its wedge cutout. Brackets of running rolls are made with deflection from tubular guide. EFFECT: increased longevity of tubular guides owing to maximum use of their service life at reduction of labor input at turning of tubular guides, reduced expenses and time taken by work. 5 dwg
