FIELD: anodic treatment of aluminum and its alloys. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of production of light- and -corrosion resistant colored coatings on aluminum and its alloys. The method includes anodic treatment, coloring and filling up in two stages. At that after filling up, a heat treatment at the temperature of 100-150o is conducted for 30 - 60 minutes and a water-repellent substance is applied. The filling up on the first stage is conducted in water or a water solution of salts of metals at the temperature of 50 - 75oC for 0.5-1 minute/microns of the coating thickness; on the second stage the process is conducted in the water solution of salts of metals at the temperature of 96-100o during time of 1-2 minutes / microns of the coating thickness or in an water solution of salts of metals at the temperature of 80-100o during time of 0.5-1 minutes / microns of the coating thickness. Besides the water-repellant substance is chosen from the group containing organosilicon liquids and varnishes, paraffin, natural and synthetic waxes, rosin, that are applied by spraying, dipping, impregnation, showering, rubbing. The technical result is removal of a film-like deposit of boehmite from the surface of a finished product during the process of production of a colored anodic-oxide coating on an item.
