SUBSTANCE: an individual ordinal number is assigned to each vehicle, it is entered in the storage of the cellular communication transmitter installed in the car and in the storage of the traffic police computer center with indication of the state number and specific features, in case of a criminal action, for example, breaking open of the doors or glass panels, the alarm system is switched on and the data via the first radio-communication channel are transmitted to the cellular communication station with their relaying via the third radio-communication channel to the car owner, the next alarm signal comes from the cellular communication transmitter, via the first radio-communication channel and the cellular communication station via the second radio-communication channel to the traffic police, and via the third radio-communication channel - to the owner of the mentioned car, at a start of the engine the alarm signal is repeated to the traffic police with indication of the individual ordinal number of the car. EFFECT: enhanced probability of detection of the hi-jacked vehicle. 1 dwg
