FIELD: food production, in particular, germination of grain for feeding purposes.
SUBSTANCE: method involves soaking grain in water; mixing with substrate, with sapropel serving as substrate being used in an amount of 15-25 kg/t of dry substance of grain; laying resultant mixture onto trays in 3-4 cm layers for germination.
EFFECT: reduced losses of nutritive substances during germination procedure, increased biological value of grain owing to enrichment with mineral feeding elements.
