FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to farm industry and is intended for enhancement of efficiency of introduction of sprouted grains, used as additional green feeding for weaned piglets, into the feedstuff. The sprouted grains fodder production method envisages grains soaking in 1% potassium permanganate solution during 12 hours, grains sprouting and their subsequent drying. Sprouted grains are dried by the convective method. The drying medium temperature is equal to 150-160°C while sprouted grains are heated up to the temperature equal to no more than 58-60°C. Sprouted grains final moisture content is equal to no more than 14%. Then, dried sprouted grains are crushed. Dried sprouted and milled grains are dosaged in an amount of 10-15% of dry feedstuff weight, into the batch mixing machine; dried sprouted crushed grains are mixed with the dried feedstuff till homogeneity is equal to 88-90%. The produced mixture is transported into the measuring hopper of a stationary fodder distributor. In the process of the produced mixture outlet from the measuring hopper the mixture is moistened with water while the produced fodder with moisture content equal to 70-75% is supplied into the stock feeder.

EFFECT: proposed invention will allow to increase content of natural vitamins in the feedstuff, enhance uniformity of sprouted grains particles distribution in the feedstuff without the produced fodder storage life reduction.
