FIELD: feed production, in particular, grain germination for obtaining of feed.
SUBSTANCE: method involves soaking grain in water and mixing with substrate, with sapropel and bog moss being used as substrate and share of each component making 0.7% of dry substance by weight of dry grain; placing mixture onto trays for grain germination. Method allows nutrient substance losses during germination to be minimized and further completely eliminated owing to absorption of nutrient substances by germinating grain from sapropel and nutritive value of ready feed to be increased owing to enrichment of feed with mineral macro-and micro elements contained in sapropel and being in great demand by animals. Moreover, method provides for simultaneous and intensive growing of grain owing to improved water-air mode in layer of grain under germination process and inhibits shrunk grain damage owing to fungicidal and bacterial effect of bog moss.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing of feed from fodder grain and improved quality of feed.
