SUBSTANCE: method involves supplementation of trans-11-isomer of octadecenoic acid to the ruminant animals fodder taken separately or in combination with other fatty acids. The fodder supplement comprises trans-11-isomer of octadecenoic acid or a mixture if trans-11-isomer of octadecenoic acid with other fatty acids. Invention provides the enhanced content of cis-9,trans-11-isomer of octadecadienoic acid that is effective against cancer cells in milk and/or tissue fat of ruminant animal.
EFFECT: improved elevating method, valuable properties of isomer.
