FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves removing tumor within the visible boundaries limits by means of micro-surgical means and ultrasonic suction device. Then, the formed spinal cord cavity walls are treated with defocused laser radiation of Nd-YAG-laser at 1.06 mcm wavelength and 10 W power 2-4 min long to build coagulation film allover the whole cavity surface.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
