SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied either at treating trauma and vertebral diseases. One should introduce screws by pairs transpedicularly into affected and adjacent vertebrae by connecting them with bars along lateral vertebral sides, moreover, screws should be introduced for the depth of arch' pedicle, moreover, screws are designed as a cone of 16-22 mm and have a stopping device and at its bottom as a disk that decreases the number of post- and intraoperational complications associated with secondary shift of vertebral body, technical difficulties at performing anterior spondylodesis and development of secondary osteochondrosis in adjacent segments, it enables to maximum keep vertebral mobility due to fixation of the least quantity of vertebral segments.
