SUBSTANCE: one should carry out photocoagulation of cerebellar tonsils with Nd-YAG laser of 10 W power for 4-5 min. Photocoagulation should be started with more descended tonsil from the upper part of its posterior surface, initially - in lateral, then in its medial departments. The method enables to decrease traumaticity of surgical interference.
