FIELD: gasses purification and drying.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device for gasses purification from moisture and higher hydrocarbons with the gasses following drying for production of fuel gas. The device contains: a vortex apparatus of the first stage of separation; a separator of the second stage; a liquid collector; ( At that in the capacity of the vortex apparatus of the first stage the device contains a vortex pipe of the first stage of separation, in the capacity of the separator of the second stage - a cyclone-vortex separator.) a vortex pipe of a third stage of separation with an outlet pipe; a container - deaerator. At that the outlet pipe of the vortex pipe of a third stage of separation is supplied with the Venturi nozzle. The container - deaerator is supplied with branch-pipes for delivery of the condensate from the vortex pipe of the first stage of separation and the cyclone-vortex separator and with a branch-pipe for withdrawal of the gas evaporated from the condensate into a vortex pipe of the first stage of separation. At that the vortex pipe of the first stage of separation, the cyclone-vortex separator, the vortex pipe of the third stage of separation and the container - deaerator are fused and installed inside the collector of the liquid, that is supplied with the gas delivery branch-pipe linked with the intake end of the vortex pipe of the first stage of separation, with a branch-pipe used for exit of drained high pressure gas and linked with the outlet end of the vortex pipe of the third stage of separation and with a branch-pipe for withdrawal of the condensate. The invention allows to improve the quality and efficiency of separation with simultaneous decrease of capital costs and metal consumption of the device.
EFFECT: the invention allows to improve the quality and efficiency of the separation at decreased capital costs and metal consumption.
