FIELD: chemical industry; petrochemical industry; other industries; devices for creation of the acoustic vibrations in the running liquids.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for creation of the acoustic vibrations in the running liquid and may be used for realization and intensification of the various physical-chemical, hydromechanical and the heat-and-mass-exchange processes in the "liquid-liquid" systems. The rotor apparatus contains the body with the medium inlet and outlet fitting pipes, the concentrically mounted in it the rotor and the stator with the channels in the lateral walls of the cylinders, the cover, the chamber of insonification, the driving gear. The butt surface of the rotor from the inlet direction forms the axial clearance with the cover of the apparatus, which value is determined by the expression z=ξ(ω/ν)-1.2, where ξ = 14.7 - the relative axial clearance; ω - the angular rate of rotation of the rotor; ν - the kinematic viscosity of the medium; at that its midpoint is on the same axis with the axis of the symmetry of the channels in the rotor and the stator, and the width of the annular chamber in the rotor is equal to the length of the channel of the stator and to the width of the chamber of insonification. In the apparatus the integrated action on the treated medium is exercised: the hydromechanical action - at the preliminary treatment in the axial clearance; acoustic treatment and the hydromechanical treatment - in the volumes of the annular chamber in the rotor, the channels of the stator and the chamber of insonification, that that ensures intensification of the physico-chemical, the hydromechanical and the heat-exchange processes.
EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the rotor apparatus exercises the complex action on the treated medium providing intensification of the physico-chemical, the hydromechanical and the heat-exchange processes.
