FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents new dithiepino[6,5-b]pyridines of the formula (I)
and (II)
wherein radical values are given in the invention claim. Compounds are useful as antagonists of calcium channels and eliciting cardiovascular, anti-asthmatic and broncholytic activities. Invention relates also to pharmaceutical compositions and methods for prophylaxis and treatment of disorders, such as enhanced sensibility, allergy, asthma, bronchospasm, dysmenorrhea, esophagospasm, glaucoma, premature delivery, disorders in urinary ways, disorders in motoric function of digestive tract and cardiovascular disorders.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable medicinal properties of compounds.
