FIELD: plastic metal working.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a concentrate of lubricating - cooling technological mediums and may be used at plastic metal working, in particular, at rolling and a drawing of refractory metals and alloys, for example, zirconium, titanium, niobium, hafnium, tantalum and other. Contents: the concentrate contains (in mass %): triethanolamine salts of mono-and diesters of orthophosphoric acid and monoethanolamides of carboxylic acid - 40-45, triethanolamine salts of carboxylic acids - 20-30, esters of carboxylic acids and polyatomic alcohols - 20-30, polyethylene glycol ethers of alkyl phenols - the rest. Technical result - decrease of a friction in a system tool - work-piece, improvement of heat sink from the pair of friction, that allows to eliminate sticking of the treated metal to the tool and to produce pipes with surface roughness Ra less than 0.5 microns.
EFFECT: the invention allows to decrease friction in a tool - work-piece system, to improve heat sink in the pair of friction, to eliminate sticking of the treated metal to the tool, to produce pipes with surface roughness less than 0.5 microns.
