FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry, amino acids.
SUBSTANCE: method involves enzymatic biotransformation by interaction of O-acetyl-L-serine with nucleophilic compounds catalyzed by O-acetyl-L-serine sulfide hydrolase. Method involves using O-acetyl-L-serine sulfide hydrolase eliciting with activity of Acys, at least, 2 U/ml. Interactions are carried out at pH 5.0-7.4. Method provides carrying out synthesis of non-proteinogenic pure L-amino acids in the industrial scale.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
