SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of melting steel, hot rolling, etching, cold rolling, decarburizing and recrystallization annealing; After hot rolling of strip at outlet of finish stand cooling strip in air before water sprinkling of it for time period determined according to relation at content of silicon 1.4 -2.75% and content of phosphorus 0.05 -0.15%; calculating temperature of decarburizing and recrystallization annealing of cold rolled metal subjected to above mentioned treatment according to formula: at content of silicon 1.4 - 2.75% and content of phosphorus 0.05 -0,15%.
EFFECT: possibility for achieving high degree of magnetic properties of metal.
