FIELD: production of nonoriented electrical-sheet steel to be used for manufacture of electric motor magnetic cores. SUBSTANCE: Cooling of hot-rolled strip out of nonoriented steel containing 2.8-3.2 % Si and 0.008-0.10 % P by means of air during movement of strip over delivery roller table with subsequent normalizing within the range of temperature from 800 C to 950 C. EFFECT: reduced level of specific losses by 0.1-0.2 W/kg. 1 tbl
