FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil producing industry and is intended for autonomous maintenance of oil well tubing (OWT) inner surfaces in working condition and removal of asphalt-resin-paraffin (ARPD) and other deposits in wells operated by submersible electric centrifugal pump sets, and also by gaslift units and fountain method. Scraper of the main and control racks, unit of gate valves, sealing rack, spring, lower and upper cocks, upper cock drive. Main and control racks are installed crosswise relative to each other. Sealing rack is joined to main rack and control rack by means of springs. Lower cock is fixed on sealing rack movably with the possibility to rotate so that spring connected to lower cock tries to cause its rotation in counterclockwise direction. Drive of upper cock has hook, lengthy slot and spring. Unit of gate valve consists of main slider, small sliders, cores, gate valve itself, gate valve guides and gate valve covers.

EFFECT: invention provides for expansion of functional capabilities.
