PERISTALTIC PUMP Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2230935 C2

FIELD: medicine, automation of production processes and scientific researches.

SUBSTANCE: hose of pump is made of isotropic, anisotropic or composite material in form of tube with narrow channel. It contains energy absorber at outlet end of tube. Said energy source is arranged at inlet end of tube. One hole on tube surface and/or one hole passing through said energy source is inlet of device and outlet of device is at least one hole on tube surface and/or one hole passing through said energy absorber. Energy source is made in form of acoustic radiator. Source and/or absorber contain at least one axial and/or eccentric hole. Source is connected with inner surface of tube by means of conductors. Acoustic radiator is formed on inner surface of tube by additionally introduced printed electrodes whose outputs are electrically coupled with additionally introduced oscillator. Invention makes it possible to create peristaltic pump with enlarged functional capabilities at transportation of media within large temperature range at minimum power and time.

EFFECT: reduced duration of production cycle and power consumption, minimized profitable output and reduced to minimum transportation expenses for delivery of product to consumer.
