FIELD: medicine, pediatrics.
SUBSTANCE: blood is sampled to separate serum and conduct enzymatic and immunofermentative assay, moreover, it is necessary to detect activity of leukocytic elastase (LE) and autoimmune reaction by the level of antibodies against the factor of nerve growth (FNG), at increased LE activity and no autoimmune reaction to FNG one should detect perinatal encephalopathy, and simultaneous increase of LE activity and the level of autoantibodies to FNG indicates organic cerebral lesion. The method enables to detect new approaches to diagnostics, treatment and prediction for the lesions of psychomotor development.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection.
