FIELD: formation of stereoscopic images, which can be viewed without use of special spectacles.
SUBSTANCE: device forming autostereoscopic image incorporates optical transparency, system illuminating controlled optical transparency containing optical unit to form vertical light band in zone of vision and diffuser placed immediately adjacent to transparency and scattering light in vertical direction only, system following position of user's eyes in space, unit of video signals and controller. Optical unit directs vertical light band in turn into pupils of left and right eyes of user, image for left and right eyes are formed in step on transparency. Technical result lies in use of diffuser scattering light only in vertical direction and of optical unit, which can generate vertical light band at various distances from transparency, which enhanced depth of vision zone and image brightness.
EFFECT: enhanced depth of vision zone and image brightness.
