SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of aerosol cloud of reagent and organization of gravitational precipitation of detrimental aerosols. Formation of aerosol cloud of reagent includes generation of aerosol reagent, its electric charging, generation of carrier flow of charged aerosol of reagent, its transfer for producing cloud covering moving amount of detrimental aerosols and for coagulation and electrostatic precipitation of detrimental aerosols.
EFFECT: enhanced speed of precipitation of confined volume of detrimental aerosols from atmosphere using mobile structure.
