FIELD: contaminated air cleaning.

SUBSTANCE: means for cleaning the air basin from smoke, fogs, products of hazardous emissions resulting from accidents at an enterprise or the explosion of a weapon of mass destruction (aerosol cloud). The method consists in the formation of a volumetric electric charge from electrically charged particles using an aircraft loitering over an aerosol cloud. In the process of loitering, the processes of formation of electrically charged aerosol particles from the constituent substances of atmospheric air are initiated by generating electric charges into the atmosphere and the electric charge discharged into the atmosphere is compensated by accumulating the electric charge on the capacitor. Moreover, the deposited aerosol particles are formed from the constituent substances of atmospheric air due to the generation of electric charges into the atmosphere. Options of the method include the use of several aircraft, as well as the repeated flight of the aircraft over the aerosol cloud with a successive increase in flight altitude.

EFFECT: ability to refuse the need to load ballast particles into the aircraft and the need to discharge them without reducing the electric field strength acting on the deposited aerosol particles.
