FIELD: meteorology; modification of weather by active action on cloud processes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in change of phase composition of cloud particles by introducing crystallizing reagent into cloud. Used as crystallizing reagent are ice crystals at size more than critical about 1 mcm at rate of consumption no less than 1013 per kilometer of flight along sowing line.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency at negative temperatures.
