FIELD: gaseous-discharge equipment, development of gaseous-discharge devices, specifically, dischargers for commutation of high-voltage pulses.
SUBSTANCE: process consists in assembly of electrode units, in placement of each unit on cylinder polished along plane and in cover of unit with fixing barrel with hole. After this plane of electrode protruding from hole of barrel cup of electrode unit is deformed to correct curvature of working surface of electrode, then units are soldered in case of device, case is pumped out and filled with working gas to pressure required to obtained preset ignition voltage.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of setting of parallelism and gap between electrodes over entire surface of electrode.
