FIELD: SHF radio engineering, high-power limiting, switching-over and protecting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is applicable in multidiode modules. Commutation device has section of coaxial transmission line with metal diaphragm in plane of cross-section that has two identical slits located on both side of it. Central part of each slit is bent in parallel with edge of central hole in metal diaphragm and end parts are parallel to horizontal symmetry axis and pin diodes connected to control source are included in them. Two dielectric washers metallized on both sides are installed on both sides. Chamfers are made in regions of metallization layers, which border on central hole.
EFFECT: reduced losses under transmission mode, raised reliability of high-power commutation device, high electric strength of device thanks reduction of total capacitance of device.
