FIELD: radio communication, radio navigation, radiolocation, development of facilities with use of diodes. SUBSTANCE: gear for attachment of diodes has body with contact element and dielectric bushing that comes in the form of plate with bilateral metallization. Bilateral ring slit with alternating through windows in dielectric and grooves in metallized layers for placement and attachment of diodes is radially made in metallized layers of plate. Plate is embraced by metal ring with inner annular groove and spring-loaded contact element. Contact element has shape of flat spring installed in annular groove on side of metal ring. Spring in the form of spiral is additionally inserted into contact element. EFFECT: increased reliability thanks to removal of axial pressure on diodes and to reduction of lateral pressure, simplified design due to decreased number of parts, raised functional reliability of gear owing to fall of contact resistance and improved heat removal thanks to increased area of contact surface over diameter of internal and external conductors of coaxial line, diminished mass and size characteristics of gear. 2 cl, 3 dwg
