SUBSTANCE: vessels with adjacent tissues in the block with perforating branches directed towards the crest of iliac wing and periosteal part should be separated against internal surface of iliac crest backwards from anterior superior spine, then backwards from skeletized part of internal surface of anterior superior spine, along suprainternal crest's edge of iliac wing one should dissect periosteum and perforate cortical plate for its thickness up to trabecular bone, make the shape of the fragment of desired size in periosteal-cortical part of autotransplant due to perforating cortical plate along internal surface of iliac wing, then one should exfoliate the fragment of periosteal-cortical plate to take autotransplant that provides optimal transplant's circulation and keep fixation size to anterior superior spine.
