METHOD OF SAMPLING AUTOTRANSPLANT FROM ILIAC CREST Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61B17/56 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used in sampling autotransplant from iliac crest. Surgical access is performed by skin cut 2-3 cm backward from anterosuperior spine of iliac bone with length, equal to length of autotransplant and "П"-shaped turned to internal edge of iliac crest periosteum dissection. Two cuts are made in projection of located transversally to iliac crest edges of "П"-shaped periosteum dissection to the depth, equal to autotransplant height. After that, internal cortical plate of iliac crest flap, obtained during dissection of periosteum, is bent aside. First chisel is introduced under internal cortical place in direction of iliac bone axis to the depth, equal to autotransplant height. After that, second chisel is introduced at angle to the first one from the side of external cortical plate with formation of wedge-shaped autotransplant of cortical-spongy structure. Formed autotransplant is removed with introduced chisels. Formed defect of iliac bone is densely filled with hemostatic sponge. Obtained in periosteum dissection iliac crest flap is laid into the previous place with impactisation of its internal and external cortical plates.

EFFECT: method ensures reduction of trauma, duration of implant sampling with reduction of labour consumption of surgery and increase of autotransplant quality.
