FIELD: medicine, oncology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treatment of patients with malignant tumors of mouth cavity organs and pharynx. Method involves chemotherapy and immunomodulation. On the background of hyperhydration in patients method involves administration of cisplatin on the first treatment day in the dose 100 mg/m2 by intravenous drop route; on the second day methotrexate in the dose 50 mg/m2, 5-fluorourical in the dose 1000 mg/m2 and 100 ml of bone marrow suspension cultured with 30 mg of myelopid are administrated; from the third to the six day 5-fluorouracil in the dose 1000 mg/m2 per a day up to the total dose 5000 mg is administrated. Method enhances immunomodulating effect in minimal toxic adverse effects of anti-tumor therapy.
EFFECT: improved treatment method.
