FIELD: medicine, phthisiology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves inhalation administration of kanamycin dissolved in silver nitrate ammonium solution followed by irradiation by laser radiation from the semiconductive device "Uzor" along paravertebral zone with wavelength 0.89 mcm, power 4 Wt, impulse frequency 80 Hz and general exposition for 256 s. Method provides accelerating periods for ceasing secretion of polyresistant populations of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the secondary non-specific microflora in patients with destructive pulmonary tuberculosis with concomitant suppurative bronchitis.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
