FIELD: electromechanical working of different surfaces of parts.
SUBSTANCE: tool unit includes housing in which axle is arranged. Disc roller is mounted on said axle with possibility of rotation and motion relative to lateral walls of housing. Disc roller is mounted in such a way that to provide symmetrical gaps between its end surfaces and lateral walls of housing. Thrust bearing assemblies are arranged in said gaps in the same axis as disc roller. There are dead openings arranged symmetrically relative to axis of bearing assemblies in lateral walls of housing. Springs are placed in said dead openings in such a way that they rest upon end surfaces of bearing assemblies with possibility of forcing them and providing closed force. One lateral wall of housing is made with possibility of its adjustment motion relative to axis of roller. Tool unit provides automatic compensation of axial position of roller at lowered friction and optimal clearance at heating during operation.
