SUBSTANCE: proposed tire member contains at least two working layers made of nonstretchable strengthening elements intersecting from one layer to the other and forming angles from 10o to 45o with circumferential direction. It has also additional layer uninterrupted in axial direction. Said additional layer is formed by metal strengthening elements placed in radial direction between working layers. Axial width of additional layer is at least 1.1 of axial width of widest working layer of ridge.
EFFECT: increased strength of tire.
