FIELD: tire industry. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic tire P with radial carcass, maximum axial width S0, has reinforcement of ridge formed by at least two working layers of ridge formed by nonstretchable stiffening members intersecting from one layer to the other and forming angles within range of 10 and 45o with circumferential direction. Working layers have axial width of at least 80% of width S0. Additional layer formed by stiffening members parallel to circumferential direction is arranged between working layers in radial direction. Width of working layers exceed width of additional layer by at least 16% of maximum width S0. Working layers are connected on axial distance composing at least 3 % of width S0, at one and other sides of equatorial plane in axial extension of additional layer and then they are separated by means of shaped members made of blend, thickness equal 2 mm, minimum.
