SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to a delivery system including a nucleus and a membrane enclosing said nucleus where said nucleus and membrane consist substantially of an elastomer composition, and said nucleus contains at least one therapeutically active agent. The delivery system is characterised by the fact that the membrane contains at least one control agent specified in a group consisting of cyclodextrins and modified cyclodextrins.
EFFECT: invention provides constant release rate of the therapeutically active agent over a long period of time.
