FIELD: building, particularly devices for cooling and freezing ground during engineering structures building in permafrost areas.
SUBSTANCE: stabilizer for cold accumulation at foundations of engineering structures includes under-ground and over-ground parts of tubular sealed body filled with coolant. Under-ground part serves as evaporator, over-ground part is condenser having thermo-electric modules in the form of Peltier members. Condenser has U-shaped cup made of heat-conductive material inner profile of which corresponds to outer surface profile of condenser. U-shaped cup is installed on upper part of condenser such that cup may perform movement in vertical direction and may be fixed. Thermoelectric modules are arranged on outer surface of U-shaped cup.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, widened application field due to possibility of stabilizer usage at not-deep underground locations, maintainability and increased reliability.
