FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for automatic control of the process of cooling and freezing of the soil used in the operation of foundation piles of structures with metal casings, built in areas of permafrost. Device for stabilizing frozen soil of a pile foundation with casings contains a system for automatically controlling the process of cooling the near-pile foundation space, including temperature sensors installed in the soil mass in the near-pile space along the metal pile casing, ambient air temperature sensor installed in a ventilated underfloor space, ADC input device connected to the sensors, reprogrammable read-only memory (RROM) unit connected to input device, and output device for converting a digital signal into an analog signal connected to RROM unit and thermoelectric modules in the form of a battery of Peltier elements mounted on the projecting part of the pile casing in a ventilated underfloor space.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of the process of cooling and freezing of soils over time by ensuring the direct cooling of the near-pile space of the foundation using the system for automatic control of the process of cooling soil and preventing soil thawing in the permafrost area.
