SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to fields) of management of drilling and blasting operations in pits and collieries, that are dangerous with capability to explode methane-air mixture (MAM) and coal dust. The technical result of the invention is compulsion of initiation of a non electrical system using the device, simplicity and ease of arrangement of an electrical blasting circuit and exclusion of an explosion and burning of MAM at an explosion of blast-hole charges. For this purpose the device includes the container with means of inertization and a spraying charge. At that the charge-sprayer includes a bundle of shock-wave tubes (SWT) of the system of not electrical initiation of the blast-hole charges, that is used for shock initiation of blast-hole charges. The charge-sprayer may be made out of a detonating fuse. For initiation of a detonation process in a bundle of SWT the detonating fuse can form, for example, a necessary quantity of loops around the bundle. This also ensures fixation a cord on the bundle SWT. For the purposes of safety the detonating fuse may have a protective shell against an explosion of MAM.
EFFECT: compulsion of initiation of a non electrical blasting system using the device, simplicity and ease of arrangement of an electrical blasting circuit and exclusion of an explosion and burning of methane-air mixture and coal dust.
