FIELD: explosive works.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of mining industry, to methods of blast-hole drilling works performance in flooded wells with non-waterproof explosives. Method includes application of explosive charge from one or several cartridges of the same diameter, which are arranged in polymer waterproof coating and which contain non-waterproof explosive that is sensitive to pulse of primary facility of initiation with density of less than 1,000 kg/m³, which is separated with layer of inertial substance with density of more than 1,000 kg/m³, the length of which is determined by formula, with ratio of charge and well diameters - 0.7-0.9. Transfer of detonation to explosive via layer of inertial material in cartridge is executed with detonating cord, which is installed on the cartridge surface on sections of explosive substance, which are adjacent to the layer of inertial material, in the form of two strapping units, which consist of at least 2 coils of detonating cords that are connected between each other by linear section of detonating cord and are tightly fixed on the cartridge surface, or non-electrical detonators that are tightly fixed on the surface of explosive substance sections, which are adjacent to layer of inertial material, which are connected between each other by section of shock wave tube. At that charge initiation is carried out instantaneously or with deceleration by stationary explosion facilities.

EFFECT: reduction of explosive works cost, increase of rock crushing efficiency, improvement of environmental situation in the area of mass explosions performance.
