FIELD: means or methods for preventing, binding, depositing, or removing dust, preventing explosions or fires, particularly during drilling-and-blasting operations in mines dangerous to methane-and-air mixture or coal dust explosion.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises container with inert medium and charge for inert medium spraying. The charge is surrounded with inert medium from all charge sides. Inert medium container is provided with connection unit, which fixedly secures electric detonator with charge and is provided with lock.

EFFECT: provision of uniform distribution of inert medium over space to be protected, prevention of gas-and-dust mixture ignition with detonation products obtained during throw charge explosion, increased safety of device transportation and storage due to device fitting with safety electric detonator just before blasting work beginning.
