FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in manufacture of concrete parts for floor elements in buildings and constructions, for making precast parts of footway pavements, foot-paths in gardens and parks, etc. Mix contains, wt %: binding agent, 17-26; fine mineral filler, 50-58; fiberglass material filler no coarser than 55 cm2 in size, 1.0-4.0; glass plastic filler no coarser than 55 cm2 in size, 1.0-7.0, and tempering fluid additionally containing fine glass plastic, the balance. Binding agent is selected from Portland cement, slag-Portland cement, puzzolane Portland cement, and possibly Portland cement of quality not below 400. Above-indicated fine mineral filler is naturally occurring sand with size modulus 2.0-2.5; fiberglass material filler is made from fiberglass fabric or fiberglass canvas; and tempering fluid is based on water, activated water, or any other suitable liquid medium and contains up to 20% of fine glass plastic with particle size up to 0.09 mm. Fiberglass material, glass plastic, and fine glass plastic may be constituted by glass plastic ware production waste. Cement concrete mix manufacture comprises mixing binder agent, fine mineral filler, fiberglass material filler, and tempering fluid to form homogenous mixture, which process is characterized by that tempering fluid is prepared by adding fine glass plastic to it and glass plastic filler is introduced after stirring of tempering fluid with preliminarily mixed binder agent, fine mineral filler, and fiberglass material filler in dry state, stirring being continued until homogenous mixture is obtained. In a method for manufacturing products from cement-concrete mix, preferably those for building of footways, comprising placing cement-concrete mix into molds followed by vibrational treatment and hardening of mix, mix is placed into molds in layerwise manner and, on the surface of first placed layer, glass plastic strips are laid such as to form at least two stacked layers, each of said strips of the following layer being oriented crosswise to strips of already laid layer and the second layer being then flooded with remaining cement-concrete mix. First layer of the mix has thickness constituting 30-33% of the height of product and length of glass plastic strips of each layer constitute 70-90% of the length of product while their width does not exceed 25 mm, Strips in each layer are such as to be spaced at 5 mm intervals from each other. Molds are of multiple type and can be made from low-density polyethylene. Hardening in molds is accomplished during at least 29 h at temperature not below 0оС and products are removed from molds when heated in hot water to 90оС.
EFFECT: enlarged resource of cement concrete mixes and methods for preparation thereof, and increased lifetime of products due to increased compaction and bend strength, resistance to splitting and abrasive damage.
