FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing extracting columns by providing conveyor and ventilation workings while leaving coal pillar between conveyor working of column under process and ventilation working of column to be processed; providing ventilation connections between conveyor working of column under process and ventilation working of column to be processed; extracting coal from extracting columns, said coal being extracted in the form of elongate breakage faces; keeping said ventilation workings for further utilization; subsequent to moving of breakage face in each extracting column and after breakage face has passed successive ventilation connection, providing bridging of ventilation connection, which is penultimate relative to breakage face at the side of conveyor working; forming chambers in coal pillar along its length corresponding to distance between two ventilation connections at side of ventilation working of column to be processed; storing rock in said chambers as well as in bridged ventilation connection; injecting hardening mortar into stored rock for forming, in conjunction with coal pillar, of combined support to restrict dislocation of rock roof and ventilation working ground during working of lower adjacent column; putting out conveyor working of column under process after bridging of ventilation connection; providing chamber spacing equal to at least one pitch of rock upper roof collapse.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in working of mineral strata.
